Terms of Service — MAGINISTA

1. Company Information These Terms of Service apply to purchases made at maginista.com, operated by:

2. Scope and Application These terms apply to all sales of haircare products through maginista.com. For B2B customers, certain consumer protection provisions (sections 5 and 6) may not apply. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Products We sell haircare products. Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith and may be subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

4. Prices and Payment All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required by law. We accept payment via Shopify Payments and MobilePay. Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation.

5. Right of Withdrawal (B2C only) As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven).

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been opened and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., opened haircare products).

6. Returns and Refunds Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

7. Delivery Delivery times and shipping costs are stated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs beyond our control.

8. Complaints If you are dissatisfied with a product, please contact us as soon as possible. As a Danish consumer, you may also file a complaint with:

9. Liability Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of earnings, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version published on maginista.com at the time of your order applies to that purchase.
