RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return period for a full refund on items bought from our website, starting on the day your order is delivered.
Right of Withdrawal & Hygiene Rules for Haircare Products
STANDARD 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., via the Withdrawal Button on our website or by email hello@maginista.com ).
IMPORTANT EXCEPTION: HYGIENE & BROKEN SEALS Please note that our products are classified as sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., shampoos, conditioners, hair oils, waxes, and styling products).
Under EU Consumer Law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal after delivery.
- You may RETURN the item if: The product is completely unopened, and the hygiene seal/wrapping is intact.
- You may NOT return the item if: The seal, shrink wrap, or protective sticker has been broken, removed, or tampered with. Once opened, these products cannot be resold for hygienic reasons, and we cannot offer a refund.
REFONDS If you withdraw from this contract (and the goods are returned sealed and intact), we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Please note that you are responsible for any costs associated with the return shipment.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN To start a return, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You can do this by sending an email to hello@maginista.com
The item must then be shipped back to us no later than 14 days after you've informed us of your return request. When sending your return, please ship the items to:

Please do not send returns using cash-on-delivery, as we will not accept them.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sealed products that have been opened or used. This includes all of our haircare products. If the seal is broken or the product has been used, you will not be eligible for a refund.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS When returning an item, you are responsible for its condition. You can handle the product to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, just as you would in a physical store. If the item is used or damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect it, its value will be considered decreased. We will assess the diminished value and, in such cases, a portion of your refund may be withheld, or you may receive no refund at all.
COMPLAINS AND LEGAL WARRANTY In addition to your 14-day right of withdrawal, you have a 2-year legal warranty (right of complaint) for products with manufacturing defects or faults that were present at the time of delivery.
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you must notify us within a reasonable time after delivery. Please email us at hello@maginista.com with details about the issue.
Please be aware that your warranty will be void if the product has been handled improperly or used in an unusual manner.
For customers outside of Europe, please submit complaints through the EU Commission's Online Complaints Platform at ec.europa.eu. When filing your complaint, be sure to include our email address, hello@maginista.com, and the website where you made your purchase.
