Right of Withdrawal & Hygiene, Rules for Haircare Products

STANDARD 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., via the Withdrawal Button on our website or by letter sent by post/email).

IMPORTANT EXCEPTION: HYGIENE & BROKEN SEALS
Please note that our products are classified as sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., shampoos, conditioners, hair oils, waxes, and styling products).

Under EU Consumer Law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you lose your right of withdrawal if
you break the seal after delivery.

• You may return the item if: The product is completely unopened, and the hygiene seal/wrapping is intact.
  
• You may NOT return the item if: The seal, shrink wrap, or protective sticker has been broken, removed, or tampered with. Once opened, these products cannot be resold for hygienic reasons, and we cannot offer a refund.

Refunds
If you withdraw from this contract (and the goods are returned sealed and intact), we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
